Brief
A challenger bank wanted to develop a new current account product to out-smart the category and justify significant investment, but didn’t know where to start, or which internal team should lead the charge.
Approach
We used our cultural change framework to map then engage a diverse set of global experts, develop distinct future scenarios and bring them to life in stakeholder workshops. This meant a range of different client teams could all shape the offer’s expression, remit and action plans.
Impact
Our work led to a powerful, differentiated offer grounded in growing consumer needs. The new product is currently in development.
