In a world of increasingly complex information ecosystems, how do we understand, navigate and shape the stories that move public imagination, behaviours and systems?

That question is the starting point for Harnessing Narrative Intelligence: An evening of ideas, insight and connection. It's the first event in GOOD IDEAS, a new series from The Good Side.

What is narrative intelligence?

We define narrative intelligence as the capacity to turn stories, signals and evidence into insight for social change, then to keep learning, adapting and acting on what they reveal.

Ideas compete for attention, while trust continues to fragment. AI is changing how information and influence travel and misinformation is rife. For funders and mission-driven organisations, understanding which stories gain traction, and why, is becoming as important as the evidence behind them.

  • Sam Salama - Senior Insight Manager, Metropolitan Police
  • Rachel Addley - Head of Research, Policy & Insights, OKRE
